Return & Exchange Policy

At Shobha Collection, we are committed to delivering quality and elegance. While we ensure every piece reaches you in perfect condition, we offer a simple and transparent return policy for your peace of mind.

Return Conditions

- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

- An unboxing video is mandatory for any claim regarding missing, incorrect, damaged, or defective items. The video must clearly show the parcel being opened from its sealed condition.

- Returns will be accepted only if:
        1 You have received an incorrect item, or
        2 The product is damaged or defective upon arrival

- All approved returns will be processed as a direct refund to the original payment method.
- A reverse logistics fee may be applicable on approved returns and will be adjusted accordingly.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

- Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be in perfect condition, free from scratches, damages, or any signs of use.
- Items must be returned with the original invoice.
- Gift wrapping services are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Orders placed using a gift card or items received as an exchange are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges (Customer Preference)

For requests made due to personal reasons — including size concerns, change of mind, or preference — the following terms apply:

- Shipping charges (both forward and reverse) will be applicable.
- All applicable fees will be deducted from the total amount.
- The remaining balance will be issued as a direct refund to the original payment method.
- Requests under this category are subject to review and approval by Shobha Collection.

Exception:
If the product has a manufacturing defect, it will not be treated as a personal return. Such cases will be handled under our defective product policy, subject to verification.

Exchange Policy

At Shobha Collection, we strive to ensure a seamless experience with every purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, the following guidelines apply:

- Exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- In case of a defective or damaged product, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchange Terms
- We do not offer cash refunds under the exchange request unless a refund is approved. Eligible requests will be fulfilled through a replacement or refund to the original payment method.
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund of equivalent value will be processed to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (both forward and reverse) are applicable on all exchanges.
- Shipping fees will be waived only if the product is verified as defective.
